Restio by Restimed – Drug-free orthopedic support

Restio is an orthopedic aid developed for people experiencing restless legs syndrome , free of drugs or magnetic effects . It aims to reduce the feeling of restlessness in the legs, often experienced during periods of rest and transition to sleep, and to provide a more comfortable night's sleep.

Use

1. Right and left products are distinguished by their inside labels; the product is placed on a flat surface .
2. The bulging part of each big toe ( big toe metatarsal head ) is placed in the recessed part of the T-shaped pad inside the product.
3. The fingers are left exposed at the end of the product, the bands are passed through the rings and fastened and adjusted at a level that does not hinder blood circulation (the goal is to provide a relaxing and comfortable pressure).
4. Check: Verify that the pads are pressing on the correct points on both feet and that the bands are tight enough; readjust if necessary.
5. After the insertion is completed, you can lie down or go into a resting position.

Pressure & Safe Use Rules

• Correct pressure is essential: The goal is for the pressure to be soothing and comfortable . If numbness, burning, or hypersensitivity develop, the tapes are loosened ; if symptoms persist, the product is removed .
• Not recommended for use in activities that place weight on the foot, such as walking, running, or driving.
• Caution: When standing up while wearing the product, caution must be exercised due to the risk of falling.
